Tools for critical analysis of society

Program Objectives

The Summer School aims to be a learning space for students seeking to deepen and extend their knowledge and their conceptual and methodological skills. In the same way, we want the School to become a space for reflection on the research projects being developed by the participants, and an opportunity to expand the work and collaboration networks of the participants.

Summer School graduates are equipped with up-to-date and innovative analytical tools to be able to apply them later in their own research projects. Likewise, the graduate of our School will have a greater knowledge of frontier research topics in different areas of the study of economics and society. Finally, at the end of the School, the graduate will have a network of work and potential collaborators located in different universities in the country.

To whom it is addressed

Our program is aimed at students motivated to pursue an academic career focused on research and to study -from an interdisciplinary perspective- increasingly complex social phenomena. We seek applicants who are pursuing doctoral and master’s degrees, and undergraduate students who are completing their studies in areas such as political science, sociology, history, economics and other related fields.
